E-voucher – introduction of SwissPass
After the introduction of the SwissPassin the SBB Ticket Shop, it will no longer be possible to redeem an E-voucher when purchasing Half-Fare travelcards and GA travelcards in the SBB Ticket Shop. Alternatively, you can send your E-voucher to the SBB GA travelcard Service Center in Brig along with your SwissPass order form, or hand it in at a public transportation ticket counter in order to have it credited towards your SwissPass services.

SBB e-vouchers are available in the following amounts: CHF 5, CHF 10, CHF 20, CHF 50, CHF 100, CHF 200, CHF 500.
The minimum amount redeemable is 5 ePoints. You can use the SBB e-voucher to purchase any offer available in the SBB Ticket Shop. You can find an overview of the available offers here: sbb.ch/ticketshop
Please note that RailAway offers cannot be purchased in the SBB Ticket Shop.
eStore delivery conditions Once the transaction has been completed, the issued voucher will be sent to your email address. sbb.ch delivery conditions Only one voucher may be redeemed per person and purchase. E-vouchers are not personal and may be freely transferred. They can be redeemed multiple times until the voucher balance is fully used up. E-vouchers can be redeemed for all offers available in the SBB Ticket Shop. Please note: e-vouchers cannot be redeemed at counters, ticket machines or via SBB Businesstravel. E-vouchers may not be used in combination with payment by AirPlus or Amexco Lodge credit cards. Special terms apply to e-vouchers as listed in the “General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use of the Ticket Shop and E-tickets.” You can find further information at sbb.ch/en.
Persons redeeming points enter into a purchase agreement with SBB. E-vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. For questions about return policies, please contact SBB: sbb.ch/en/contact.
In addition to rapid access to timetables and other services, the SBB Ticket Shop also offers a wide range of tickets: e-tickets. You can redeem these easily at your computer – whenever you like and without having to stand in line at the counter or ticket machine. For more information, go to sbb.ch/en/e-ticket.
