Issued Ticketcorner vouchers (in digital form as an e-code) will be sent to your e-mail address after completion of the transaction and are redeemable immediately. Event vouchers are valid for Ticketcorner’s entire range of events (excluding ski tickets). They are redeemable within 12 months following the issue date by visiting ticketcorner.ch or by calling the order hotline on tel. 0900 800 800 (CHF 1.19 per minute). Expired vouchers can be extended at Ticketcorner before expiry of the statutory limitation period by visiting ticketcorner.ch/helpcenter/. Any remaining credit on event vouchers will not paid out in cash but remains available to use against future purchases. It is not possible to subsequently apply a voucher to an order that has already been placed.
