Your Digital Gift Card is emailed to you as a PDF file displaying a card with a code, PIN and a barcode. You have the following two options for redeeming a Digital Gift Card:

1. Online: Visit the partner’s online shop for which you purchased the Digital Gift Card and select the desired products. When paying for your items, enter the code with the PIN into the relevant field. The value of the Digital Gift Card is then deducted from the total amount of your purchase.

2. In a store: Open the PDF on your smartphone (upload it to your Supercard App). Alternatively, you can also print it out. Please note that you may have problems redeeming your gift card if the print quality is low. When you go to pay at the cash register, show the barcode to the cashier so that they can scan it. The value of the digital gift card will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase. The advantage of buying a Digital Gift Card is that you don’t need to wait for a physical gift card to arrive in the mail. Digital Gift Cards are also good for the environment because they save plastic, paper, and transportation costs.
